Hi,

I opened a claim (20427713161) because I found out that due to Amazon's arbitrary and wrongful category changes (without my approval or even notifying me) I was overcharged thousands of dollars in the last 2 years.

As response, someone named Ian Harold M. answered my case and asked me to generate and download the sales reports, which I did, and then uploaded them. The records include 17000 sales and dozens of ASINs.

Instead of doing their work, the support associate picked 1 single ASIN from 1 single sale and explained to me that the referral fee calculation was flawless. They didn't even tackle my claim that I have been charged 15% referral fees instead of 8% for most of my items because Amazon moved most of electronic and computer components into "Home improvement" - for unknown reason.

Which is even more insane is that the person blocked me from answering to my case. Neither email nor chat is available. My only option is to open a new case and ro refer to the old one.

I guess we all agree that when someone overcharges someone else by mistake, and the mistake came to light, the overcharge has to be refunded. No question asked. Amazon seems to have a different point of view.

I hope one of the support agents is reading this, and getting back to me with something useful.

Thank you.

Todays false AI Flag and listing shutdown: Automotive Cabin Air Filter being flagged as sexually graphic images depicting children under the age of 18.

I'd like an explanation for this one from moderators: @Seller_WIFV02H2XUFgS @Seller_l7Jtck9jxnEA0 @Seller_lmwzklfLOK2Ob @Seller_42px4plXqA66A @Emet_Amazon @Seller_FJwyF3iu5qxUY@Seller_CnfW62x6yxvJw

You guys really have to fix your crappy AI. We don't sell pornography nor child pornography. Tell me where on the box do you see a sexual image. This is the dumbest $#%^ i've seen so far. Take this post to the top of the corporate chain. This is disgusting, accusing us of child porn. You guys need to do better, it's a disgusting accusation:

Amazon replied

Hello Sellers and Amazon Moderators,

I am seeking guidance regarding my account reactivation.

Case ID: 20409251191

Three different Account Health Specialists have confirmed to me that an internal review of my submitted documentation was completed and approved on May 27, 2026. I was advised that my account was scheduled for reactivation within 72 hours.

However, as of June 1, 2026, my account remains deactivated, and I have not received any update regarding the delay.

I have already contacted Account Health Support multiple times, and each representative has confirmed that the documentation review was approved. Despite this, the account status has not changed.

I would request a Amazon Moderator to look into this issue and my case 20409251191 and help me reactivate my account as soon as possible.

We’ve redesigned Seller Central to help you spend less time searching for information and more time growing your business. The new experience consolidates your tools, metrics and tasks into purpose-built work spaces.

Here’s what’s new:

  • My business: Get a real-time snapshot of sales, inventory, orders and account health on one page.
  • Products: Manage your catalogue, listing performance and customer search queries.
  • Supply chain: Access end-to-end visibility into inventory, shipments and storage utilization.
  • Orders: Oversee fulfilment and return rate, delivery insights and post-order management.
  • Finance: See your complete business economics, multi-channel revenue and payment disbursements.
  • Customers: Stay on top of policy violations, alerts and compliance signals in one view.
  • Marketing: Plan and monitor promotions, advertising campaigns and discounts.

Across every work space, the Action Centre surfaces your most time-sensitive tasks, no matter where you are. Important actions that used to take significant time can now be completed in minutes.

Your data and settings stay the same. The new experience only changes how things are organized, not your account or your listings.

To learn more about the new experience, go to New Seller Central experience.

Can't verify banking information
by Seller_fgBEgnL5gJsWx

I have been selling for years. I moved, and changed my address.

I was then told to verify my bank account information. There are instructions on the email to add my bank account information and to click "verify account" on it. There is no option to do that.

I keep getting notifications that my account will be deactivated. I've called both account health (who said to wait longer) and put in tickets (that were passed on to an internal team but no response).

How do i send you my bank account statement so that my account doesn't get deactivated?

Brand Approval issue
by Seller_CVBfXrc2r9QRK

Hi

I kept getting rejected for pictures being digitally altered. I sent these two photos to Amazon seller support to better understand the standards, and they told me they believe these two photos have been digitally altered. I am not sure what the standards for brand approval are, and would like some help. Case number is 20454381061.

Amazon wants an unreasonable price for a listing
by Seller_Q4hRTppHn7AVp

I have this one listing where Amazon wants to price it for &4.99. At the same time, the FBA fees is $7.16. I already posted this previously and up to now, the listing is still suppressed, with the exception of a couple of days where the add to cart button randomly appears. I really don’t understand how those Amazon employees who are responsible for this type of issues convinced themselves that the price of $4.99 is right while charging sellers for $7.16 in return for every sale. That’s basically $2.17 loss per unit excluding all other expenses the sellers incurred to get the item ready for sale.

I really hope that there is someone working in Amazon out there who has common sense and correct this type of pricing issues. It’s so frustrating to deal with this type of issue all over again and again knowing that the problem is not with the sellers themselves but with those employees with no common sense working for Amazon.
