Hello, Sellers!
The Amazon team responsible for building shipping tools is here, and they want to hear directly from you. Your answers to this short survey won't just sit in a thread, they'll go straight to the team exploring how to make shipping easier and more affordable for Canadian sellers.
This is your opportunity to tell the people building these tools exactly what's working, what isn't, and what you need most.
How You Ship Today
1. Where do your orders ship to? (Respond below with all that apply)
2. Which carriers or shipping services do you use to ship your orders? (e.g. Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, DHL, Canpar, etc.)
3. How do you get your shipping labels and handle fulfilment today? (Respond below with all that apply)
What Could Help Your Business
4. If Amazon offered discounted shipping labels directly through Seller Central (similar to Buy Shipping available in the US), how interested would you be?
5. Is there anything about shipping in Canada that frustrates you or that you wish Amazon could help with?
💬Why Your Response Matters

Starting in July 2026, we'll begin removing seller eligibility requirements for the Featured Offer. This change will roll out gradually across all Amazon stores globally, completing by the end of 2026. No action is required from you, and your existing offers will automatically be included with this update.
Currently, we determine which sellers are eligible based on seller performance criteria. Then, we rank all offers listed by eligible sellers for a particular product and select the Featured Offer from that pool. As we've continued to improve our processes and hear feedback from sellers, we determined that the first seller eligibility step is no longer delivering additional value to customers, so we're removing it.
We're not changing how the Featured Offer is selected. We'll continue to evaluate offers and select the Featured Offer based on criteria most important to customers, such as competitive pricing, delivery speed, and performance.
Being considered for the Featured Offer doesn't guarantee your offer will be featured.
For more information about how Featured Offers are selected, go to Becoming the Featured Offer.
Hello everyone,
I'm looking for some advice regarding Amazon's Featured Offer eligibility.
My product is currently priced at CA$19.99, but Amazon has marked my Featured Offer as Ineligible, stating that the competitive price is CA$11.71.
The confusing part is that other sellers are offering the exact same product on Amazon for CA$34.99, and they still have the Featured Offer. I have also provided Amazon with links and screenshots from eBay, Walmart, Canadian Tire, and Best Buy Canada showing that the market price is much higher than CA$11.71.
Despite submitting this evidence through multiple cases, Amazon keeps rejecting my requests without explaining where the CA$11.71 competitive price is coming from.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Were you able to get Amazon to correct the competitive price or restore your Featured Offer eligibility? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I can provide anything needed
Thank you!
I had a customer flag an item as being counterfeit. One customer and the product listing is removed. I submitted the invoice on Friday night and by Saturday morning I have that message. Well obviously no one tried to verify the supplier as they are closed for the weekend. Not really sure where to go from here as it always seems like calling Amazon is a waste of time. If anyone has any great ideas I would love to hear them.
anyone experiencing delays with the relatively new XYY4? It's a 3P FC and they haven't checked in a single parcel since June 26 and we have many shipments stranded there currently. Anyone else?
Hello,
I am seeking an escalation regarding a repeated pattern of refunds issued to the same buyer account.
Over approximately two years, the same buyer received refunds on six separate orders, totalling CAD $749.70. The individual order values ranged from CAD $119.95 to CAD $129.95.
Amazon refunded all six orders, and I have received no reimbursement or compensation for any of them.
Approximately seven months ago, I contacted Seller Support about this pattern and was instructed to submit the Buyer Abuse / Refund Abuse form. I completed the requested form, but I have received no acknowledgement, no update, no decision, and no request for supporting documentation since then.
I understand that Amazon cannot disclose buyer information or any enforcement action taken against a buyer account. I am not asking for that information.
However, I am asking for a proper review of the financial impact on my seller account. These were not isolated, low-value refunds. They were six refunds to the same buyer account, totalling CAD $749.70, with no reimbursement to the seller.
I cancelled the buyer’s most recent seller-fulfilled order because it was the only transaction I had the ability to stop. However, I have no way to prevent this buyer from placing further FBA orders from my listings and potentially receiving additional refunds.
Could an Amazon moderator please clarify:
1. How can I obtain a status update or escalation for a Buyer Abuse / Refund Abuse report that has had no response for seven months?
2. Can these six refunds be reviewed together as a documented pattern rather than as unrelated individual transactions?
3. Is there an exception or manual reimbursement review available when a repeated buyer refund pattern is identified after the standard reimbursement claim window?
4. Based on the documented history of six refunds to the same buyer account, I consider this a clear pattern of refund abuse. What action can Amazon take to prevent further FBA orders from this buyer on my listings, and what reimbursement process is available for the CAD $749.70 already lost?
I would also appreciate hearing from other sellers who have experienced repeated refunds from the same buyer account.
Were you able to obtain a reimbursement, have the pattern reviewed, or receive a meaningful response after reporting it? If so, which team, process, or escalation path worked for you?
I can provide the complete order timeline, order IDs, refund records, original Seller Support case number, and any additional documentation privately to the appropriate team.
For a small seller like me, an unreimbursed loss of CAD $749.70 is significant.
Thank you for your help.
Hello Sellers,
Welcome to this Engage with Amazon event! Our partner team is here to answer your questions about the new compliance requirements for lithium battery-powered home appliances in the Canada store. Post your questions below and we'll respond throughout the event. 💬
If you sell rechargeable lithium battery-powered home appliances — like cordless vacuums, portable blenders, hair styling tools, or desk fans — there's an important new compliance requirement you'll want to know about.
What's Changing?
Products powered by Li-Ion, LiPo, or LiFePO4 rechargeable batteries in the home appliance category now require third-party testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) to verify compliance with applicable CSA safety standards.
Who Does This Affect?
Sellers and vendors listing products such as, but not limited to:
What Do I Need to Do?
What Happens If I Don't Comply?
Products that don't meet these requirements may have their listings deactivated until compliant documentation is submitted through a TIC service provider. You'll be notified of any required testing through Product Compliance in Seller Central.

Is anyone also seeing people buying their products for lower prices? We have 0 promotions/deals/discounts going on, and some buyers are able to buy our products for $8.79 instead of of $9.99!
This has been happening since July 1st - this is an Amazon internal issue though customer support has also really not helped us with this issue and we are losing $100s of dollars!

We accidentally shipped a wrong item and buyer asked for this intentional deed from us and gave a bad review . we promptely replied and issued him a prepaid return label and full refund. But he shipped it back from his own pocket we agreed to refund him shipping cost too, we asked him that we can reship a right item back?. buyer agreed, we reshipped the right item, Buyer was very satisfied later he tried his best to remove the feedback as per the duscussions. He wanted our help and we explained him by checking on our side in our account how to remova a feedback. He tried and could not able to remove
We filed a case for the removal but got the standard reply and later refused by amazon,
In this case we tried and succeed and converting a bad experience in to good experience and buyer was agreed and satsfied with our prompt service.
We may have starting mistake and failure but that can be converted in to a success but here Amazon says that if buyer is unsatisfied you can not satisfy him later and change his wholesome experience with us
What we found that the whosome customer experience has changed from negative to positive and he not even tried but ask for a help from us, it shows that wholesome experience is changed and he will be a loyal customer on Amazon for future his great positive experience on amazon with post order issues like this.

Capacity planning
To maximize your sales during the holiday season, send inventory early. Our fulfilment centre teams focus on receiving holiday shipments in September and October, then shift to processing customer orders in November and December. So, you may see lower capacity limits during this time. The sooner your products are in the network, the easier it is for them to reach customers during peak demand.
If you’re expecting higher holiday volume, you can use Capacity Manager to bid for extra space in our fulfilment centres.
For more information, go to the Capacity Manager help page.
