Unbelievable chargeback claim, Amazon support. HELP!!!!

Hi, I received an email about a chargeback claim on the order no 702-1918062-9289864. I do not understand why the bank called amazon and file a chargeback claim in behalf of the buyer. What i knew of Chargeback is that the buyer is making a dispute of unathorized transaction. First of all this NOT a unauthoruzed transaction because the buyer message me on DEc 22 that parcel is not received. Then i replied him with the proof of the delivery and after that I received again an email from Amazonn support that the buyer is complaining about damaged parcel and this was on Dec 23. so I replied that the buyer will send me a video or a photo showing that the delivered goods is broken or damaged. And from then I havent receive any response from the buyer. And just now I receive an email from Amazon about chargeback claims. I do nopt really understand. Because first of all the customer is aware of the transaction because why in the first place he message that parcel is not received. I think its from one lie to another, thinking if they will not be successful in one lie, they will make another one , and another one, Please Amazon support look into this because its very clear that the customer is lying right in front of our face.. Very Obvious!!
