Amazon Changing sizes
We use width and height ranges for our sizes-color variation and now Amazon has decided to go off length and width to the inch and changed all our sizes to random sizes. On top they are changing it to L x W when the industry standard is always width x height. Amazon already told me to kick rocks and said there was nothing they could do about it. I see they are doing it to everyone in the window treatment industry. It is insane that Amazon would just change all our sizes without telling us and to sizes that are not correct for some of our variations. Common sense never works with Amazon. If you look at everyone's sizes now they are all out of sort and very difficult for customer to figure out the correct sizes. This has caused our sales to drop drastically because customers cannot find the correct sizes to order.

Good Evening @Seller_xIcaJCup4Uxi7,
I wanted to stop by and see if I could take a look at this issue you are describing above regarding the window measurements.
If you by chance have reached out to Selling Partner Support regarding this situation (which is sounds like you might have) could you please share the related CASE ID so I can look into this further?
I'll be on the lookout for your reply soon. Hope you have a nice weekend.
Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon

Good Morning @Seller_xIcaJCup4Uxi7,
It appears that L x W size normalization went into effect last year per this news article: Size normalization now includes more product types.
The partner team shared this help page -->HERE<-- that shows WINDOW_SHADE are now LxW in inches/cm if you look under the section, 'List 2 - Size is derived from item weight, dimensions, capacity, and other catalog attributes' line item 60.
I hope that helps provide some clarification on the new dimension. Please let us know if we can help answer any more of your questions or you may reach out to Selling Partner Support at anytime. Have a terrific rest of your Tuesday.
Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon

Good Morning @Seller_xIcaJCup4Uxi7
I have shared additional feedback and evidence to our partner team about this situation and they are re-evaluating the dimension again. I will let you know once I hear back from them.

Good Evening @Seller_xIcaJCup4Uxi7,
I just wanted to follow up with you to let you know the team has updated the dimensions to W x H for all ASINs that have their product types as WINDOW_SHADE.
If you do not see your ASINs automatically updated, you can update the dimensions and number of items to "1" on the listing template and then save it (that should trigger the listing to update automatically however please remember sometimes changes take up to 48 hours to be reflected).
Thank you for advocating for yourself and all the other sellers in the WINDOW_SHADE category for making this change happen. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding the information shared above. Have a fantastic rest of the week.
Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
