stranded my listing because of FBA fault
One of our Asin is getting stranded because customer has complained received a mattress. We are range hood sellers, and never have and had mattress at all. Each shipment to FBA warehouse we use 2D barcode. amazon FBA ship a mattress from somewhere else to customer. now our listing is banned. Why the seller should be responsible FBA Fault?
