FBA = Fufilled By Amazon. Canadian FBA warehouses do not ship to the USA.

Hello @Seller_5pSs490zTGOVz,

Thank you for your question about adding a US address as a "Ship from" location to your existing Canadian FBA account.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to use a US address as a "Ship from" location when selling on the Amazon.ca marketplace through FBA. Amazon requires that all inventory sent to their Canadian fulfillment centers originates from an address within Canada.

Even though you frequently travel to the US, Amazon's policies prohibit commingling of inventory across marketplaces or shipping from an address outside the domestic marketplace you are selling on.

If you wish to have inventory shipped from a US location to Amazon's fulfillment centers, you would need to register for a separate professional seller account on Amazon.com specifically for the US marketplace. Your Canadian account cannot accept US ship-from addresses.

I understand the convenience this could provide, but Amazon has these checks in place to maintain separation of inventory pools and fulfill orders properly for each respective marketplace.

Let me know if you have any other questions! Otherwise, you may need to continue shipping to Amazon's Canadian FCs from a Canada address for your FBA.ca account. You can also open a case with Selling Partner Support if you need a second opinion or further details about this.
