Merge reviews across family
A few of my child asins are not sharing reviews as intended. Upon creating a help case Amazon replied with this but this is not helpful and appears to be internal lingo and the whole point of having a variation family is to merge reviews. Is there any way to resolve this issue.
"As per our internal team update the ASIN at one point in time flipped from a media GL to a non-media GL and has no title authority relations. Such a product will never be allowed to share reviews again (and there is no appeal process or manual override possible)."

anyone at Amazon that can help with this? As I understand it, the seller does not choose GL when listing a product so it would be unfair that amazon assigned the wrong group level and is now punishing our variation family to function without merging reviews. Please fix.
