Private label packaging and brand registration questions
hello, I’m launching my first private label product and have a few questions.
1) what are the packaging requirements when it comes to branding? Is the clear bag requirement only for non customized packaging? I plan to sell a textile in a white poly mailer with custom logo on front as well as content cont. Suffocating warning, company website and address as well as place of orgin with fNSKU sticker on back. Is this okay with amazon policy( as long as website listed is linked to fba as well?
2) Will I run into brand registration issues if I don’t print gs1 upc and just place fnsku sticker on packaging?
