Do i need Transparency?
I am a little unsure as to whether I would need Transparency. I am Handmade with unique designs and packaging. I would be hard to copy. Is it necessary for someone in that position?

The Transparency program really is created to ensure product authenticity and to prevent buyers from getting counterfeit products.
Now, if a seller wants to sell an item that's been identified as part of the Transparency program, then that's when a seller should input the Transparency code that is provided by the brand owner.
So only a seller who has access to one of those codes will be able to sell, and the brand owner is the one who authorizes others to sell.
