Customer file A to Z claim on this order #701-2821867-8327450 on the same day they received the item, saying they didn't receive the item. We have proof of delivery & customer signature for the package also. They still granted A to Z to customer. How is this possible ? We even contacted the courier company to verify that it was delivered to the corrected address & customer signed for the package. We appealed the decision & still lost out, can you please tell me how is the fair we did everything to make sure to protect ourselves & we still lost out on the product & money! Here is customer proof that they signed for the package too & label with customer correct infomation.
