What should I do if a buyer posts a review that is completely untrue?

We have two new products that have received false reviews from buyers. We've contacted Seller Support and Amazon's Community Help team, but to no avail. Furthermore, we can't contact the buyers through Amazon. These reviews are severely impacting our sales and promotional plans for the new products. Is there any way to resolve this issue?
