Amazon Randomly Changed Me from Handmade to Professional Account
All my products are handmade, I have sold on Amazon handmade for years. But they sent me something saying they didn't think some of my products were handmade and I had to go through a whole bunch of stuff, sending photos of me making my products, my studio, my tools etc. They denied me. So now when I try to add new products, or even edit the handmade products I currently sell, they tell me I am unauthorized to sell them, which is crazy seeing as how I just sent out a bunch today. Anyway, no matter how many times I send in the required documents and photos of my studio and supplies, they just keep denying me. Now I tried to add a new (handmade) product under the non-handmade category, just to get it up there, so I applied to get a number for it, and was denied. Basically I can't add new products under either category. So frustrated. Paying the monthly Amazon fee and I can't even edit my OWN products, or add new ones!

Hello @Seller_dAtZYoJLuG1h0,
Is there a Case ID you can share so I can look into what's happening with your Handmade application?
