Package did not arrive - refund.
Every few weeks now I’ve been getting complaints from customers stating their “package did not arrive” when clearly the USPS tracking shows it was marked as delivered. I use Amazon to purchase all of my labels. I send them the A-Z template, etc and tell them to wait 48hrs to see if it turns up… My question is, what happens next? How does Amazon go about refunding the customer? Is there anything else I need to do? Does the refund come out of my pocket or Amazons?

If you used Amazon's buy shipping and the package was scanned into the mail stream by the ship by date, Amazon will either fund the claim or deny it. If you are found responsible, just remind Amazon of the buy shipping guarantee.
Since you have been sending the 'file a claim,' template, have you received any claims? Or have your buyer(s) backed off?

Hi @Seller_eqcCAsZW0nCh7,
Thank you for posting here at the forums and being a part of this community.
Also, thank you to @Seller_rGcQW1yb6ZWbC for chiming in and providing accurate information.
After you provide the customer with the instructions if they decide to file the A to Z Claim, you will have a chance to appeal. If your order covers all of the requirements you should be covered by the Buy Shipping services program. If not your appeal will be denied and Amazon will debit your account.
Hope this helps,
Joey
