Stolen / Hijacked Reviews to Scam Amazon Customers
I have noticed the following seller in Canada constantly stealing reviews from other products:
ASINs: B0D57VM8YH, B0CWX6847T
I have reported this seller and their product over 100 times at this point and Amazon seems to (sometimes) take action by removing the reviews but the seller simply adds them back hours later. A simple scan of the reviews quickly shows the reviews are not for the product being advertised/sold and are stolen.
Why does Amazon allow this seller to continuously steal reviews from other listings to scam their customers and continue allowing this seller to repeat the same violations?

Product reviews are submitted by customers; so how can another seller steal them?
