Return policy for 3rd party sellers
Do third-party sellers follow the same 30-day return policy as Amazon, or can we set our own return policies ?(i.e. 14 day return timeframe...etc) I don't see any guidance except that either 3rd party sellers offer Free Returns or provide a prepaid shipping label — does that mean we can't have a 'No Returns' policy like ebay?

Amazon's return policy is your return policy.
You may not have a no returns policy. You may set some SKUs for returnless refund.
So, while some items are not returnable -- either through your choice, or due to the type of item -- the buyer would still receive a refund if unhappy for any reason.

Hello @Azheng,
Thanks for the post here! Most items bought on Amazon.com, including those that are seller-fulfilled, can be returned within 30 days of the Estimated Delivery Date. However, the timing may vary based on the product category in accordance to Amazon’s Return policies. To determine if a product has a longer return timeline, go to Amazon.com Returns Policy. To process a return request, you may go to Manage Returns page in Seller Central, where you can review, authorize, or decline requests. You can also access the Manage Returns page by clicking the Orders drop-down menu in Seller Central. Additionally, it is recommended that after a return request is authorized, you can wait until you receive the item back from the buyer before issuing a refund. Please feel free to read through these help articles to know more about managing you returns:
