A to Z claim - Where customer scams amazon and amazon scams you :)
Honestly, what is the point? what is the point of having an appeal option if EVERY A-Z claim is going to get granted. Scamazon should just make it automatic and save me the hassle and headache of being rejected EACH and every time.
FBM order, item delivered with photo, Customer admitted to seeing the order being delivered, but opened an A-Z claim and won. shocking i know
if this isn't straight up theft i don't know what is.

A -Z Claims are more than items not being delivered, It can be defective, or wrong, among other things. Why did they put the claim in? and it wasn't because it was not delivered
We have won A-Z claims against customers, you just have to prove your side.
Best of luck

Lol customers know exactly what they are doing; they know amazon's loopholes and shamelessy exploit them and know amazon will you know what their behinds no matter what they do.
We sell TCG items and customers open the booster box, take the cards, and send back an empty boxes all the time; in fact they do it on sold by amazon.ca items, and the staff just take back any returns without even properly inspecting them for blatant theft or switcheroos.
Sure, amazon eventually reimburses me, but they don't even bother reprimanding the theif who did it or threatening to deactivate their account; just let them do it again and again; its like they enjoy losing money
