Packages to Canada need paying custom duties and GST when arriving. Probably you didn't organize that. Amazon will not do it for you.

I suppose that this is the reason. Do a small research about importation to Canada. that's why I don't sell to Canada...

Hello @Seller_5ZRnUHN7fIYvE,

There are some common causes for refusal of imports:

  • Make sure that your shipments comply with Amazon's policies regarding inbound shipments.
  • The IOR field must contain the shipper's name, if the same as the owner of the products. Any FBA inventory shipment attempting to make entry with Amazon as the importer of record (IOR) will be refused and returned at the shipper's expense.
  • All shipments are required to use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping terms. Any shipment arriving at an Amazon fulfillment center with collect charges, including any duties, taxes, or shipping costs, will be refused without further concession.

Here is a helpful video on shipping to Canada.

If Amazon refuses to accept your shipments, you are responsible for removing the shipment from the fulfillment center.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
