Amazon has cancelled my delivery appointment 3 times
Hello.
I have imported inventory that is sitting in my freight forwarder's warehouse in Canada. My freight forwarder, a reliable Amazon partner, has had our Amazon appointment cancelled THREE times due to "duplicate" appointments. In reality there are no duplicate appointments made. I am being charged daily warehouse fees in large amounts. How do I solve this urgently?

After looking into your case history, I see Case 17052171241 was created to address this issue. It seems Shipment FBA18JXGQ72R has already been received.
