refund scam??
Hi all!
I'm a fairly new FBA seller and i think i'm being scammed....
Had a customer place a order, and i got the AMzon email saying it was shipped at 2:45Pm on thursday.
Then I get a 'refund' email at 10:48PM on friday stating the 'order was not recieved'.
Off course it wasn't recieved, its still in transit.
Do i have any recourse?
it seesm they'll get the order and their money back....

I understand your situation please Sometimes know a customer is refunded for your item, but if the item isn’t returned to a fulfillment center within 60 days of the refund, in most cases we’ll charge the customer and reimburse you.
You can file a customer return claim no sooner than 60 days and no later than 18 months after the customer refund or replacement.
