How to calculate shipping cost automatically in FBM

I am a new seller and just want to confirm is there any way the shipping cost can be calculated automatically when customer is placing an order. I understand that there is Migrated template can be linked with every SKU but those values are static. I also understand that there is option to buy shipping but i guess that is available once an order is placed. I need some way for shipping to be calculated automatically based on delivery address. Is it possible in FBM ? E.g someway i integrate my UPS or any other service and it calculate the shipping cost or i have to manage the shipping by myself in FBM.

Not possible on amazon. One flat rate for all the provinces.
This will work fine if you sending lettermail or using a Canada Post flat rate box, otherwise you have to pick a shipping value that will cover shipping for most locations.
Amazon Canada only has "buy shipping" available for sellers shipping from China.
