AMAZIP: Product active but NOT AVAILABLE

Have you had active products but with an UNAVAILABLE offer? This AMAZIP (Amazon tip) can solve the problem.
The first thing to check is that the product has available units. You do this in your Seller Central account.
The second thing is to confirm the shipping template. Once you review the offer on the details page, confirm that the delivery address is within the list included in the template. For instance, sometimes you have a product with a template for shipments only within the Canadian country, but when trying to make the purchase, you have a place in the United States as the delivery address, this makes the offer appear as not available.
The third thing is to make sure that your account is in complaint with Amazon's policies. It means, that the metrics are correct and that there are no performance notifications to be resolved.
Finally, if these three steps do not work for you, contact Amazon Selling Partner Support and open a case with them so they can help you solve the problem. If after speaking with this team you have additional questions, you can contact them again, or open a forum sharing the case number so that Amazon's moderators can help you.
