Amazon Seller app camera not working

All of the sudden, the camera function in the seller app is not working. When I click on "Amazon Seller camera" button to upload a photo of the product, the screen flashes a notice and then goes right back to the previous listing screen. I was able to record it to view the notice and it is a Get Started with Amazon page...

I've logged out, logged back in, no change. I uninstalled then reinstalled, ensuring I have camera usage turned on in the app, no change. I've searched for a fix and can't find one.

I can't list anything without using my phone camera function to first take pictures, then upload them, which is taking at least 4 times longer to list one item.

Help, please!

Hi there @Seller_6tB53TMjHwqac- thanks for letting us know about this issue here on the forums! As it sounds like you've completed the standard troubleshooting for this kind of concern, I would recommend creating a case with our support team, making sure the screen recording is shared, so they can offer more technical guidance. I imagine the version of the app you are using is the latest one also?

I am also having this problem too. it's been going on for months now and have yet to have it solved as well. and i've even factory reset my phone and the problem still persists so if you find anything out i'd love to know.
