I set up the return request to be approved by Amazon, but none of the return requests that occur are approved.

I set up the return request to be approved by Amazon, but none of the return requests that occur are approved. This resulted in the buyer filing an A-to-Z claim and my account is now subject to an ODR as a result.

I don't think this should be my responsibility to take the loss, I trust Amazon so I set up all return requests to be automatically approved by Amazon but none of them worked. I uploaded screenshots.

This is the second time this has happened, both times A-to-Z claims have resulted from not authorizing return requests in a timely manner and Amazon refunded them without reviewing them.

What should I do? @Ricardo_Amazon @Sunnie_Amazon @Lucre_Amzn
