Anyone try physically going to YYZ1?
I am very close in proximity to YYZ1. They currently have a shipment of mine that was delivered 3 weeks ago but not checked in and from the sounds of it, never will be and I'll get reimbursed nothing or like 5% of the value. This is ridiculous.
Can I go there? I want my gd shipment back. Either they are dumping the shipments or the employees are stealing everything but either way it's crazy that we have to put up with this.
Anyone ever have any luck going to the actual warehouse locations? Since seller support won't do ANYTHING and managers won't even contact the warehouses, I feel like this is my only option left.

You won't get past security.
YYZ1 is hazmat/dangerous goods and my last shipment took about 6-7 weeks to get received.

Hi,
I also ship to this facility, and it is known for losing or delaying shipments. The changes below can help reduce issues at YYZ1.
1. Put the shipping label and FBA box label on the top of the box, not the sides.
Amazon policy a long time ago was FBA labels on the sides of the box.
2. Do not place the FBA label where the box is cut open.
3. Add extra sticker labels with your FBA ID (for example: “FBA1******HYU000001”).
Place these on all sides of the box and on the top. This helps Amazon identify the box if the main FBA label is lost or damaged during shipping.
4. Make sure labels do not overlap!!!
Amazon takes black-and-white photos of the box as it passes through the conveyor system. If labels overlap, they can appear as a single label, causing confusion about which label is the FBA label and which is the shipping label, since it's all done by AI. This will delay the shipment. I figured this out when they sent me a photo of my box being scanned in on the conveyor, and based on my records/photos of my boxes. I started tracking every detail because I was fed up with losing shipments with YYZ1.
5. Use FEDEX for shipping to YYZ1; it's more expensive, but your package will check in faster, I have noticed. UPS takes the longest, Purolator is in the middle.
This last one is just friendly advice to save money
6. Do not buy labels directly from FedEx, UPS, or Purolator; use an aggregator, as it will save you money.
These steps have helped my shipments check in more reliably at YYZ1.

Hello @Seller_6jjGrDtOoqPUF. I am following up on your questions about an inbound shipping discrepancy. I understand this can be a frustrating situation, and there is no option for sellers to dispute discrepancies at fulfillment centres. I see that @Seller_HY11pBXR5oxuG provided suggestions about best labeling practices. The below help pages have additional informaiton.
Send to Amazon: Pack individual units
Send to Amazon: Print box labels
The below help page provides instructions to resolve discrepancies between what is listed in your shipping plan and what was received at the fulfilment centre.
It includes details from Seller University as well as information about proof of inventory ownership and proof of delivery documentation required to be submitted with the research request.
Track your shipments: Shipping queue and shipment summary
Please check back if you have completed the above process but still need additional support.

My Shipment has been deliverd since January 27, 2026 and still not made available for sale. Today is March 9, 2026. I am just numb with the issues that go on at Amazon. I sometimes feel so helpless using this platform. We have been selling on Amazon since 2018 and it has goten progressively worst, unfortunately.
