BuyBox Wars Among sellers
Some sellers are playing dirty to keep or reach buybox status. My account has been under attack for about four months now. I just noticed that my competitors are purchasing books from my store using different buyer accounts and after about a month or so they request refund and leave negative feedback right after getting their refund claiming that they have not received their book. I already reported them to Amazon seller support but nothing happened. They keep buying from me and I am worried that it is going to get worse. Before the attack my yearly positive feedback rate was around %85 and now it is down to %70. Of course I lost my buybox status during this time. I believe I received a total of 17 negative feedbacks in the last four months from buyer accounts that are belonging to my competitors.
I appealed each one of these negative feedbacks with tracking numbers however Amazon retained each one of them stating that they do not meet Amazon's removal requirements. Amazon needs to be a fairer selling platform for sellers.
I just wanted to share my experiences and frustration . I would love to hear any suggestions to save my account.
I wish good luck to you all.

You are going about things in the wrong way. Hopefully you are a licensed business in your state. Every state has laws to protect businesses from malicious activity. Look yours up and use them
7 years ago, is only us $25 to take a buyer to court for consistently buying items from us (32) and returning them used 30 days later. We sot damages, and the buyer's removal from the Amazon site. the buyer failed to appear, and we won. We got our full refunds and sone payment to prostitute. Sent the judgement to Amazon's legal office and the buyer was removed from the site,
9 years ago we had Las Vegas buyer who would buy 10 items from us at a time, and in 30 days return them saying no longer needed. This went on for 14 weeks in a row. So... When attending a trade show in Las Vegas, I visited that address. It turned our to be a collectible store,
Sure enough, on the store shelves, there were my items marked to 3-4 times what he paid. He would by all his inventory from Amazon and other sites and if they did not sell in 29 days, return them. How about running a business that way.
Well, making a long story short, I did go to the police and had plenty of evidence on my laptop to have them accompany me back to the store. The guy told the truth about what he was doing, sort of bragging about it. Apparently, this was against several Nevada laws, and they arrested him on the spot. They let me take the items on the shelves that I sold him. They used my name and dollar amounts of the of the purchased he made from us. He did quite a long in incarceration because I received my reimbursement in monthly checks from his work in the prison.
Now in your case, I'm not sure how you are determining the purchases are all coming from the same source, but if you can, Don't wait for some seller support which will never come.

Are you sure the feedback is not warranted? All of your listings are on duplicate product detail pages for products that already exist.
Like what is this? https://www.amazon.com/Zondervan-Handbook-Bible-Alexander-Paperback/dp/B00MDAJSAS/
Here is the real page.

Long time ago, maybe even since the beginning and as far as I remember (10+ years ago) these duplicate pages started showing up. Theres really no problem to the buyer if a buyer wants to buy from that page and they receive what they ordered, but the publishers and rights owners will eventually go after all these pages and report them as IP infringement or counterfeit, since the product details don't properly match. This happened a lot a few years back and a many mom and pop book sellers were caught up in it confused since they didn't create the product detail page, they're just listing on what comes up in the search results. It appears what you and all these other turkish registered accounts have done is find all of these and list on them. I can't check 40,000 of your listings but after 10 pages or so I see the pattern.
I see these pages all the time when I'm listing books and avoid them for those reasons.
Your account is registered in Turkey. Actually almost every seller on these pages is in Turkey, are these your competitors or other members of this book and media arbitrage drop shipping cartel and those guys are now resorting to leaving negative feedback for eachother to manipulate the buybox as well?
Its not okay you're getting negative feedback from competitors, but its also not okay that you are not adhering to Amazon's drop shipping policy and product listing policy. You're playing with fire and you're already experiencing it by having your feedback attacked. I suggest making changes to your business model before its too late. Amazon doesn't remove negative feedback even if its all fake. They design everything to slowly move you into some kind of violation that triggers an account review and they'll see all this then.

What they are doing is a misdemeanor or even a felony if it surpasses $500. File a police report, talk to the detective and wait until they get a friendly call from their local precinct. Something similar happened to our company and they stopped their foolishness once we pressed charges. They actually started crying on the phone because they didn't want to go to jail.

People NEED TO UNDERSTAND = YOU CAN NOT HAVE THE BUYBOX FOREVER!!! STOP BEING GREEDY THERES ENOUGH FOR EVERY ONE! AND 2ND= STOP TANKING PRICES TO NOTHING JUST TO WIN A BUYBOX! THAT'S NOT HOW YOU WIN A BUYBOX. AND THE BUYBOX ROTATES EVERY MONTH NO MATTER HOW CHEAP YOUR PRICE IS- YOU JUST WON'T HAVE IT FOREVER. SELL YOUR ITEMS AT THE SAME PRICE AS BUYBOX OR EVERYONE ELSE BUT DO NOT LOWER & LOWER & LOWER YOUR PRICE TO NOTHING TO MAKE A SALE. ONONCE YALL UNDERSTAND THIS, YOU WON'T BE FIGHTING FOR THE BUYBOX
