Customer asks to cancel order/s, then leaves Negative Feedback.
Hi Everyone,
RE: Order # 701-4558573-7109834
Looking for guidance for this extremely frustrating situation. We had a buyer order 2 different items, they then asked to have them cancelled.
We didn't think much of it as this happens often, but RARELY do they end up leaving not 1, but 2 1-Star Negative Feedback's.
Amazon removed one of the feedback's (which is 100% the right decision), but for some reason won't remove the 2nd one? The feedback was done on the same day at the same time, not sure why 1 would remain.
This is what we messaged to Amazon Seller Support, Feedback Manager does not work now that the appeal was reviewed by a robot and did an auto-answer:

THANK YOU, for your assistance. May we kindly ask that the UNWARRANTED FEEDBACK from the EXACT SAME BUYER whom cancelled both orders before they were ever shipped / processed, and then left negative feedback be removed. Order # 701-4558573-7109834
Amazon has already removed feedback for Order # 701-8801588-5425811 (CASE ID: 15644798991)
"Please remove feedback for Order # 701-4558573-7109834. Amazon has already removed feedback for Order # 701-8801588-5425811, this was from the EXACT SAME BUYER. They requested we cancel both transactions and then left 2 separate negative Feedback's. Customer requested that we cancel the order and then provided Negative Feedback (we have provided proof of request of cancellation by customer). This is Feedback Manipulation and goes against Amazon Feedback Guidelines, NO TRANSACTION OCCURRED.
We have no way of reaching out to the customer for any resolution as all of the contact information is gone because the CUSTOMER REQUESTED TO CANCEL THE TRANSACTION.
This may be a competitor that is trying to give false feedback in the hopes of damaging our company. Please remove this feedback as soon as possible as we are losing sales because of it.
