How can a false negative review be removed?

We have this review under one of our books. We did not ship this item and the customer never reached out before they placed a negative review.

Are you the only seller of the book? Is this the only version of the book?
Amazon will often lump together reviews of different versions of a media release (books, cds, dvds...).
