This happened about 3 months ago on a different listings which I opened forum topic:

Fake, Unverified Reviews on new product from Competitor using THEIR ACTUAL Business Name (yes, you read that correctly)

@Jurgen_AmazonI'm having the same problem again with another asin; 2 unverified reviews that claim to have purchased the device and spoken with our customer service team but there is no record of purchase or contact with our team on any platforms (these are medical devices so all contact with any customers is recorded). Can you please help get these reviews removed as well? Seller support case ID 16956270741 and Violation Reported under complaint ID: 16956215101

Like before, seller support is no help. It may have taken 6 weeks to resolve this issue last time but at least it was resolved by contacting the forum.
