FBA Lost Inventory Upon receipt - Refuse To Reimburse - $1000 Loss
I need help of admins! Cannot get any reasonable response from Customer Service!

Shipment ID: FBA18C180Q19 arrived to YYC6 on 29 August 2024 and got immediately lost at FBA warehouse upon delivery.
Inside the package were 2 SKUs:
P380HJ x 1
SDTDFT2 x 22
Customer service waited till mid November 2024 to admit the loss and provided opportunity to challenge them with invoices.
several days later they confirmed reimbursement. Item P380HJ got reimbursed correctly, sales price minus FBA fee. However the second units SDTDFT2 got only 1 item received out of 22! So for 21 missing units they reimbursed $0.
After spending hours on a phone and multiple cases, I realized something has changed the item dimensions in the listing settings and now an item that fits in an envelope all of a sudden has dimension of 8ft x 1in. As a result the FBA fee skyrocketed to $51 on a $45 item.
Correct dimensions: Length: 20cm x Width: 20cm x Height: 3cm x Weight: 0.05kg
Somehow became this:
Length: 241.00 cm x * Width: 5.99 cm x * Height: 2.69 cm x * Weight: 1.00 kg
I requested re measurement several times as FBA has 1 unit in stock. First one came back that they could confirm the item size - which is mind blowing. 3 other attempts came back that they cannot locate the item since its only 1 left somewhere in FBA and they cannot be bothered, but they will remeasure for sure if I send replenishment in.
Now another smart customer service rep came up and says that I need to prove ownership again and that I need to provide my invoices with the cost on them. First of all, why the hell would I give my proces to Amazon, secondly, you already looked at it and failed to identify the issue! I did it for you, how will an invoice from supplier with prices will fix the measurement issues in Amazon system?
