We have been noticing a lot of requests lately of how some of you are unable to set up a Canadian address for your unfulfillable removal settings. This can cause loss of inventory and overall a negative experience.

I have a follow-up question out of curiosity: Is it possible for a seller to modify the problematic parameter directly, without having to post on the Amazon Seller forums? If not, why the Amazon IT team isn't addressing the issue more urgently, especially since so many vendors seem to be affected by it?

I am glad this worked.

I am currently working on a project that will enable sellers to use both US and CA addresses in their unfulfillable removal settings.

This won't be ready soon but I've seen this is a pain point for many sellers which is why I am trying to get this implemented.

i have like 10 case id on this ......

im loosing 3000$ each week now .. because of this issue .... country in unfufillable cannot be change .. stuck to US ...

account create din canada ... sell in canada buyer in canada ... return in canada ... bussiness adress return adress location is in canada ...

simple all is in canada ....
