Following A-t-Z request, an unconditional refund was given by Amazon.
And the product has still not been shipped for 27 days. What to do in this situation?
The product is at the customer's home.
The money is at the customer's house.
AND
I have ODR
I lost product
I lost money.
This complexity is pointless and I think very open to abuse. Can a representative help?
