Sorry that no one else got back to you, but I read that you have to contact your phone carrier and make sure they don't have any spam or any type of blockers on your phone.
I also had it happen to me a while back, where Amazon said they were calling but nothing was happening. I recently read that you have to contact your phone carrier, to remove any spam blockers then after that is done, then you should be able to request a call back, & your phone should actually ring.
