Buyer Repurchases after Amazon's Embarrasing and Criminal Refusal to Reverse A-Z Claim

This is my third post about this claim. So disappointed and stunned at Amazons behaviour.

To summarize: I had a shipment 114-1401759-7555464 with an Address in Puerto Rico guaranteed Delivery dates were July 8-18th, 2025.

On the 7th the buyer submitted an A-Z claim because tracking showed delivery to Illinois. I explained that due to it being delivered to Puerto Rico there is a carrier change and the tracking number is different for final delivery and there was nothing wrong with the shipment. THE BUYER CANCELLED THEIR CLAIM ON THE 7th!!!

Three days later on the 10th the parcel was delivered. That day the A-Z claims agent approved the claim and completely refunded the customer. I couldn’t believe it.

I messaged the customer and asked if they had received the package. They confirmed they had.

I took a screenshot of that conversation and submitted the appeal with that information.

Appeal denied tracking doesn’t show delivery.

So despite explaining that it’s a carrier transfer and getting customer confirmation and having the customer cancel the claim this agent is still refusing to reverse their decision.

I appealed 4 times. 4 denials. Explanation? Our guarantee covers timely delivery.

To Sum up Amazon 1. Ignored the carrier transfer explaination to Puerto Rico. 2. Amazon ignored a buyers cancellation request. 3. Amazon ignored a buyers confirmation of on time delivery. 4. Amazon repeatedly refused to honestly review the case resulting in 4 denied appeals. 5. Amazon couldn’t honestly justify their behaviour and stated any reason to cover their abuse.

Realizing that Amazon is behaving as a criminal and a bully, I messaged the buyer and and gently asked if they would repurchase so I can get paid.

Not only did the buyer agree to repurchase but also sent a screen shot that they had cancelled the claim on the 7th.

Even they seem to be astonished at Amazons incompetence and abuse here.

Shame on you Amazon, and whomever is granting this A-Z claim and training them should be reviewed and put on probation or fired. Absolutely disgusting.

I think the only explanation for this is Amazon is trying to punish me for exposing and calling out their abusive conduct so they double tripled and quadrupled down. Instead of just being honest.

Would love to hear from Amazon seller team how you can justify this conduct and that after all this my ODR is still affected and no accountability from Amazon.

After making these posts the A-Z case was overturned and I was paid. Only took 6 appeals, the buyer cancelling her claim, the buyer confirming delivery, the buyer purchasing to make up for the unfairness, and 3 forum posts with total proof. Glad for these forums and Josh at Amazon who helped out, A-Z process and team though is awful.

P.S. I cancelled the buyers second purchase after the A-Z was reversed
