Why doesn't Amazon Track our Canada Post Expedited Parcel Shipments?
Hello. Amazon did not track any of the Canada Post Tracking codes we entered into Amazon for about a month. We can see from Canada Post that most of our shipments have been delivered, but Amazon does not track the our shipments.
When we talked to Amazon, they couldn't understand the problem. Canada Post said there was a problem on Amazon's side.

To clarify, are these FBM orders you are shipping, or FBA Shipments that are not being tracked? Thanks in advance!
