Used Books Buy Box Problem

If you sell Used Books on Amazon Canada, take a look at some of your listings. You will see that in many cases the Buy Box is being won by American & oversea sellers. Even when the same book is sitting in a Canadian fulfillment center. This causes long delivery times, duties and an overall poor customer experience. Not to mention it does not seem fair to FBA sellers.

Something like this was happening in the US marketplace and enough sellers made cases and it was resolved. If you happen to see this on your listings, please open a case. If enough people submit cases, maybe it will be fixed. Thanks
