IS THERE ANYONE WHO CAN ACTUALLY OPEN A CASE AND FIND A SOLUTION TO THEIR PROBLEMS?

I really wonder if there is anyone who can open a case for any problem and find a complete solution. It feels like they are just repeating everything we already know in a formal language. It is a great shame for such a big company like Amazon to have such a poor support team. My requests are very different, but the responses I get are very different. I used to see Amazon as a sales partner, as a family. However, now all my opinions have changed. The main reason for this change in my opinions is the responses to the cases. I really wonder, do you also get sincere, genuine, and solution-oriented answers to the questions you ask?
