"Your account is inactive"

Once I log in at my seller central account the webpage displays this message: "Your account is inactive - You have attempted to access a store that is currently inactive. To reactivate your store, you may be required to add a new credit card and verify your identity. Please be advised that it may take a few minutes for your store to be reactivated."

I have already added my credit card and I see some Amazon transactions (pending status) through my credit card app. The credit card is showing as "Active" at the payment method page but unfortunately my account remains inactive.

I am unable to proceed with any identity verification as the seller central page does not let me to go through this process. In addition, I am not able to open any support case.

Any assistance is highly appreciated!!

I'm in the completely same situation. I received the notification:

"How do I verify my identity and reactivate my account?

To verify your identity and reactivate your selling account, complete the credit card verification process. To complete the verification process:

1. In Seller Central, go to 'Settings' and click 'Account info'.

2. Under ‘Payment information’, select ‘Charge method’.

3. Click ‘Replace charge method’ and add your credit card details.

It may take up to 48 hours for updates to your credit card information to reflect on your seller account. Once the information is updated, your account will be reactivated and any restrictions will be removed."

48 hours have already gone- no results.

Please help...
