Hi,
We are experiencing an issue with our listings. We created several product listings, but another seller has added their offer to our listings at a price just $1 lower than ours. As a result, their offer appears first with the “Add to Cart” button, and our "Add to Cart" is not getting visibility.

The seller, SKYTRADE PLUS, appears to have copied our ASIN and added their offer to our listings. We’ve attached an example below for your reference.
Please let us know how we can remove this seller from our listings so that we can continue selling our products effectively.

That is how the buy box / featured offer works.

Thanks for reaching out. When you list your items on Amazon, the detail page that is created is open for listing on by any sellers that have that product to sell as long as it exactly matches the product you have listed. We don't restrict an ASIN only to the seller that has created the listing. You can learn more on how to become eligible for the Featured Offer in this help page.

Any seller can list on any listing as long as the item matches exactly as there would be no infringement. If you believe it to be counterfeit, you would have to do a test buy to find out, and then report it in Brand Registry with your trademark, but if it isn't counterfeit, nothing illegal is going on here.
