Unable to Bulk Select SKUs to Send for FBA

The new Inventory Manager is so complicated to use. How do I create a Replenish Inventory action in bulk based on recently added products like in the old version? Please don't tell me we're going to have to search for all SKUs were sending... I will leave the platform if this is the case. It is AWFUL for resellers.

I keep trying to use the "select group action" and have tried all the options related to sending items and they all create errors.

Now that the old inventory system is unavailable, I frankly can't send my items. I have 202 different SKUs to send, as if the other options work. Trying not to cry here... It's been months and I see many other sellers feeling this same frustration; has anyone solved the issue????

Hello @Gaston_s_Books,

I understand your frustration with the new Inventory Manager and the challenges you're facing in replenishing your inventory in bulk. The transition to a new system can be difficult, especially when dealing with a large number of SKUs.

First and foremost, I want to assure you that Amazon is aware of the concerns raised by resellers regarding the new Inventory Manager and its functionality. They are continuously working on improving the platform and addressing the issues reported by sellers.

Regarding your specific issue with creating a Replenish Inventory action in bulk for recently added products, here are a few suggestions:

  1. Try using the "Bulk Operations" feature: Go to the "Inventory" tab, select the products you want to replenish, and then click on "Bulk Operations" at the top. From there, you should be able to select the "Replenish Inventory" option and proceed with the bulk action.
  2. Use the "Export/Import" functionality: You can export your inventory data into a CSV file, make the necessary changes (such as updating the quantity to replenish), and then import the updated file back into the Inventory Manager.
  3. Reach out to Amazon Seller Support: If you continue to face errors or issues with the bulk actions, it's best to contact Amazon Seller Support directly. They may be able to provide further guidance or troubleshoot the specific errors you're encountering.

I understand your frustration, but leaving the platform might not be the best solution, especially if you've built a successful business on Amazon.ca. Amazon is continuously improving its seller tools and platforms, and with your feedback and patience, the issues with the new Inventory Manager should be resolved over time.

Additionally, you may want to explore third-party inventory management solutions that integrate with Amazon's systems. These tools can sometimes provide more advanced bulk operations and streamline the inventory management process. Take a look at the third party apps for sellers in the Selling Partner Appstore.

Hang in there, and don't hesitate to reach out to Amazon Seller Support or explore other resources for assistance. The seller community is also a valuable resource, as others may have found workarounds or solutions to similar issues.
