Unfair A-to-Z Claim - 702-7185152-1454619 $1355.99 **SIGNATURE FRAUD EPIDEMIC**

@Ricardo_Amazon @Lucre_Amzn @Sunnie_Amazon @Christine_Amazon

Hello there Ladies and Gentlemen,

We would like to bring to your attention the ongoing epidemic of signature fraud that is going on, and most recently we have been chosen to fall victim to the tune of $1355.99 CAD.

Order ID :702-7185152-1454619 - As per the customer, the order was not received. The tracking number 335024582165 was delivered on-time with proof of delivery shown on the Purolator tracking with the Destination Postal Code entered . The customer claims that they are not in receipt of the package, they claim the signature is NOT theirs and was signed for by someone else.

1. Having a proof of delivery INSIDE the customers receiving address.

2. Having a package delivered within and before the delivery expected deadline.

3. Showing the proof of delivery to Amazon's A-Z Claims team and still being denied.

Amazon A-to-z Guarantee mentions in this case, the customer claimed an issue with delivery and the tracking information you provided was either insufficient or the order was not actually received by the customer.

Appeal Submitted December 11th, with the response of : Upon further review, we have decided to uphold our original decision.

We have reviewed all available information and determined you have not provided sufficient evidence to prove delivery.

We are proud Amazon sellers, we promote the brand, we encourage others to sell on the platform. But, with instances like this...it is really discouraging to have faith in this business when there is no fair mediation.

Please @Ricardo_Amazon @Lucre_Amzn @Sunnie_Amazon @Christine_Amazon review the following information we have provided.

Thank you
