Amazon seller central support is a scam
I've been creating removal orders for weeks and they keep getting cancelled for no reason and no explication is given nor notification.
Your company has been wasting my time for several weeks and refuse to help with anything
They utterly refuse to get a manager to talk to me or look at my cases
The inventory monthly fee is supposed to be on hold when a removal order is created but I keep getting the monthly fees.
They keep saying the same robotic answers and they can't even properly write in english and tell me to wait 90 days.
If I ask to see a supervisor they just say ''We can't do that have a good day''
I have more than one problem here and never in all the times I have contacted your support service have I ever been helped and I must have contacted you like 20 times in 2 months
I am extremely tired of your company and service, it's a massive waste of my money and my time
