Issues with Canada post and Alberta YEG2
I have messaged Amazon customer service about this, but I am getting robottic responses and probably because its a very high up issue, that needs to be solved on a Management between Canada post and Amazon YEG2 staff.
Canada post packages to YEG2 are on hold. I noticed my two tracking said "Business temporarily closed on hold"
I contacted Amazon, asked them if its open, it is.
So I launched ticket with Canada post.
Management called me and said "This Alberta location is new, Amazon has not granted us access to deliver yet. We are sending emails and calling management and going between them. We have 11 skids waiting to go there, so its not just you. They are in the warehouse waiting, do not worry. Once we are given the green light then we will deliver them"
I emailed Amazon back and told them that. Thats when I just kept getting same responses like everything fine there, its operational etc. I am sure its operating and UPS or maybe other carriers are coming and going, but Canada post is telling me thats why the package is on hold. I don't know what to do.
