Vine Reviewer not reading description
@Danny_Amazon I saw you were able to help someone else with a similar issue.
I had my first vine reviewer leave a 1 star review who clearly did not take the time to read the instructions in the listing. They are complaining that the rod is defective but but it is functioning as intended. They just need to read the listing to know how to set it up. There are even multiple videos showing proper use.
In the review they vaguely mention the box and shipping damage which is against community guidelines.
I've reported the review and opened a support case. ID 15892965991. ASIN: B0D4TJH1W6
Unfortunately I cant contact the Vine reviewer as all they need to do is read the description.
This was an extremely expensive product launch and is not off to a great start. Can you escalate the case and see if you can get it removed. Or at a minimum send the buyer a message to review the listing before leaving reviews? Reading the listing should be a minimum requirement for Vine Reviewers considering we are paying for the service.
