Is anybody from Amazon helping on these forums anymore???
Posted 2 different issues a month ago, tagged all the support people I could think of and have not had a single reply to either of them! I realize the concern for Sellers is pretty minimal but usually you guys are helpful. Why am I sitting for a month without a peep from Amazon people?
Is it because I dared point out the one issue was because you still don't track Canada Post and Purolator properly?

I had a open case since last year regarding the VTR rate with Purolator and Canada Post, and Amazon told me if I kept it open, they would take hostilities towards my account.
I really don't know what is going on here anymore.
