ISBN conflict and was sent incorrect book. So how do I claim duty back for my return?
I purchased Life of Fred Elementary Series Complete 10 Book Set but was sent "Point of no return". The amazon book cover image recently changed to "Point of no return" which is not the correct image and that was the one it was sent to me. It use to show Life of fred 10 book set series prior to the purchase. I bought like 3 set and 2 set from 2 sellers and they all sent me the "point of no return" books. I'm guessing there is some sort of ISBN conflict.... The issue I'm having is how do I claim back duty that I paid seperately? How do I claim this back as a buyer? Amaazon need to fix this issue with tis partiuclar listing.
