I would like to know if anyone is still processing orders for A-to-Z claims due to the effects of the strike in Canada?
I have submitted previous cases with verbal promises that they would be handled, but none of them have been handled.

All three of my orders were delivered late due to a strike in Canada and the buyer ended up claiming.
Now the packages are delivered, but this effect is still there.
I just hope that Amazon will drop these A-to-Z claims and remove the ODR. it would be great if they could give me my money back.

We do continue working on those AtoZ Claims that were impacted by the Canada Post strike.
If you have verbal agreements in previous cases, I do recommend to follow-up with them, since we have no visibility of what you mention. On the other hand, I have reviewed your orders and these are my findings:
- 702-8687767-7899469: You have not appealed this order, therefore, we cannot take any action until you exhaust the established mechanisms.
- 702-8254637-1260224: This order got the ODR impact removed, and it was communicated with you already. Based on this, there are no further steps we can take, at least within our scope.
- 702-5614991-9110615: This order is not related to the Canada Post strike. You confirmed in the appeal that a different carrier was used, therefore, we cannot escalate this as the indication from the team on why this was not accepted is the final decision.
It is important to highlight what I mentioned above. If you have agreements in previous cases, please follow up on them to understand what is the status and what else is needed from your end.
