Your Amazon.ca selling account has been deactivated
Hello,
Our account has been deactivated for the reasons outlined in Section 3. We have continuously submitted appeals and provided documentation, but we have not received any clarification on which specific product is in question.
We were informed that we listed "prohibited products," but we have not sold any such items.
We are unable to identify the cause of the issue and would greatly appreciate your assistance.
Thank you.

After reviewing your account and the information you provided, we have determined that your selling account will remain deactivated. Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue in accordance with our "Funds withholding policy":
Why did this happen?
We reached this decision because you listed products that are not permitted for sale on Amazon.ca and failed to submit evidence or documentation demonstrating that your account has not violated our "Restricted Products" policy. If you have questions about this policy, go to "Restricted Products":

Hello @Seller_IcxfFtAjSe8bu,
Thank you for posting your concerns with your account deactivation.

As noted in the information provided, this was associated with a restricted product policy violation. I would ask that you post your entire performance notification as there is very limited information here to offer more specific guidance on the product or violation. Do you have any related case ID? Have you listed any new products recently? Have you receive any policy warning surrounding our restricted products policy?
This notification implies a final decision was made on the account and that it will no longer be eligible for reactivation without supporting documents to reverse their decision. As noted once we have more information additional guidance can be provided on the situation.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Emet.
