Amazon is now so disappointing
I found Amazon business so disappointing now. I have switched to individual and I guess I will have to close the account. Too high costs, lost items, small reimbursement, No ad no sell, many many reasons. Now, I wish I have never started.
Is this just my experience?

yeah same with me also . So disappointing. Some of my items was missing and they can’t reimbursed me for that . I followed up lots of times to call them just case number and waiting for 2 months now .

Yes they are disappointing. They say they are here to help but receive very little help some of my items have been removed because they claim they are Level ii Medical Devices and can't seem to get anyone to listen to me. Also contacted Health Canada and all the want to do is teach me how to make items Medical Devices.

It sure is. They have frozen both my accounts (Canada & US) due to the "late packages" therefore all my money is frozen as well while my account is "under review". I've literally lost $30k + because of the Canada Post strike and all Amazon does is force refunds, now freeze my account. I've talked to 2 "account health" reps and emailed them 4 times with the "necessary information" yet they still deny it and my money still sits frozen and both my accounts are down. What a joke this place is. The rich get richer.
