Please help me with this problem.
I am a new seller on Amazon and I am very excited to begin listing and selling my products on the platform. However, I have been experiencing an issue for about two weeks now when trying to register my first product.
All of my account information, including banking details, is valid and fully verified. My seller account is in good standing, with no warnings or restrictions.
Despite this, I am still unable to complete the product listing. At first, I thought it might be a temporary issue and decided to wait a few days, but unfortunately, the problem has continued, and now two weeks have passed.
Could you please help me understand what is happening and how I can resolve this issue? I would truly appreciate your support, as I am eager to get started as soon as possible.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hello @Seller_5vq6qo4BXZDg7,
Thanks for posting your inquiry. I understand your frustration with the persistent issue of an invalid or validating credit/debit card preventing you from adding or editing listings. Let me look into this for you.
Based on the information in our policies, there are a few common reasons why your credit/debit card may be considered invalid or in the process of validation:
- The card number, billing address, or CVV code you provided does not match the information on file with your card issuer.
- The card is close to or has passed its expiration date.
- Your card issuer has placed additional restrictions on using the card for Amazon transactions.
- There are insufficient funds or credit available on the card to cover the required charges.
To resolve this, I recommend the following steps:
- Verify your card information: Double-check that you’ve entered the card number, billing address, and CVV exactly as they appear on your physical card.
- Contact your card issuer: Reach out to your bank or card provider to ensure there are no restrictions or issues with using the card on Amazon.
- Try a different card: If the current card continues to be rejected, consider adding a new, valid credit/debit card to your seller account.
If you have tried the above and still run into issues, please contact Seller Support for further troubleshooting. If you share the case ID in this thread, I'll review to ensure it's being addressed properly.
Regards,
- Manny
