You need an invoice. Drop shipping has very specific rules and it is your responsibility to do your due diligence and research before selling on Amazon. You will not be able to recover your account. Do not attempt to open a second account, as that will be deactivated as well for relation to your first account.

Simply put, you don't. You broke the rules, you got caught. You're done here. You'll most likely never be allowed to sell on Amazon again.

In the future, perhaps you might want to consider learning the rules BEFORE getting caught breaking them.

Case in point dropshipping is against amazon policy, you will not get your account back. Besides blatantly lying and deceiving amazon and/or your customer this is another way to get banned forever

Amazon did post something on here a while back. I do agree somewhat with the policy. and why walmart.

You probably went on the influencers who are the spokes people and decided to try and failed. oh well.

Consider alternatives: If you're unable to reactivate your Amazon account for dropshipping, you may need to explore alternative platforms or business models for selling your products. There are other e-commerce platforms where dropshipping is allowed, or you could consider selling directly through your own website.

Way back in the day, Amazon was like the 'Bay, and anyone could list almost anything.

Those days are Looooong Gone!

Here are the basic facts:

1) Everyone on Earth gets ONE (1) Amazon account per-lifetime.

2) Selling on Amazon is complicated and has many rules and regulations.

3) Amazon provides an online "Amazon Seller University" which will inform and prepare a New Seller on how to proceed and what to avoid.

4) It is the Seller's responsibility to learn, understand, and operate under the rules and policies established by Amazon. It is not Amazon's responsibility to "Force" the Seller to learn the rules.

5) Amazon established penalties for Sellers violating Amazon rules and regulations. These penalties include Suspension of the Selling privileges of the Violator.

Given the above, there is not much anyone here can do to help you.

Amazon has made Retail Arbitrage VERY difficult, if not impossible, by requiring Sellers to produce a Wholesale Invoice for the product in question displaying a recognized Authorized Wholesale Manufacturer or Distributor as well as your specific company information, including your name.

This Wholesale Invoice proves to Amazon that YOU are a Valid and Authorized Reseller of the product.

Since you will never be able to provide Amazon with the documentation required to prove you are Authorized, and since Amazon indeed already caught you, there is nothing anyone here can do at this point.

I believe that the ONLY path forward to you MAY be FBA from now on, and even then, it would ONLY be for products you could provide Wholesale Invoices for. You should assume Amazon would want to see these documents before they would allow for even FBA reinstatement.

You should probably expect that you are DONE on Amazon and look for alternative Platforms. A word of advice; LEARN from this mistake going forward.

Wherever you end-up next, take the time to learn the rules BEFORE you jump-in and assume liability.

LOL. All on account of a tube of Toothpaste!

This does sound like this is associated with the Section 3 dropshipping policy violation, as we're requesting invoices and other documentation and not an appeal.

These situations can only be disputed with proof of compliance to these policies with invoices, and tracking information to show proof you were not violating this policy.

You mention having receipts, which in some rare situations may be accepted but commonly lack sufficient information.
